Culture Vision Workshop

Align your product team around the culture you’re trying to build

Introduction

The first step towards a stronger product culture is defining what that culture looks like for your organization.

In this workshop, we take that first step. In partnership with the product development leadership from your company, we will create a definition of what you want great product management to look like in the next few years. Rather than basing it off of some over-idealized narrative from books, we’ll ground it in the realities and idiosyncrasies of your company.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a  definition of what great product management needs to look like for your organization.

It can provide you the content needed to draft a product culture blueprint

This workshop, facilitated by Jenny Wanger, is designed to take you through the first step of the product operations strategy stack

In under two hours, you’ll be able to create a new communication document that can help get your whole team on the same page about where you need to take your product organization.

Reach out to Jenny if you believe in the power of great product culture and the transformational effect it can have on your business.

Testimonials

“Jenny is a very good listener, very good at facilitating feedback and analyzing processes. That was the exact kind of skillset that we needed. She was able to distill patterns and trends to define a new path forward organizationally and operationally for us.”

“[Jenny's workshop] helped me as a product leader to understand where the team's priorities and values are closely aligned, and where they are far apart. Diving in deeper with Jenny's guidance, it became clear that while some areas of misalignment could be attributed to simple communication issues, others highlighted meaningful disagreements in the way we approach product culture within the organization. The opportunities we uncovered for team and product growth through this discovery process will be key to our success moving forward together.”

"I wish we had done this ~2 years ago as it can help create foundational alignment on "what is product management?". Those founding principles could then help inform how we work, not just within product, but across the org."
